I am going to share with you one major attribute all successful people share in common. Let it be from the successful CEOs, known athletes, famous superstars, and all those other great people. One of their secrets to success and reasons for achieving what they have achieved is waking up early. Simple as that. Most of these first-class people are all part of the 5 AM club. Most of the people my messages are directed to are the youth and those who get a chance to read them are in their holidays, or so I think. When you come for the holidays, you want to relax after a long term and you feel that is it. Oh, how you are missing out! No one in this world has ever achieved anything when he/she wakes up at 09:00am. There is beauty in rising before the sun does. I quote from the book I happen to currently be reading entitled The 5 AM Club written by Robin Sharma 'Rising at 5 AM truly is the Mother of All Routines. Joining the 5 AM Club is the one behavior that raises every other human behavior. This regimen is the ultimate needle mover to turn you into an undefeated model of possibility.' Trust me or not, these words are true.
You might question your self what benefit is there waking up at 5 AM. Let me also ask you this, what benefit is there waking up at 9 AM. I doubt there is any firm explanation you will give. Well, there is beauty in waking up at such an early hour. First off, it awakens your mind. Two people doing the same job but waking up at different hours do not work the same way. One who wakes up earlier will tend to be more vibrant, active and hard-working, just because of the opportunity he got to wake up early and reflect on his day, complete previous tasks he was supposed to complete maybe. All these are small benefits of waking up early that contribute greatly to how you carry on with your day.
As for the writers such as ourselves, such an hour is really pleasant as the peace at such a time enables your brain to get creative and express itself more. If you sit back and think on what value waking up at the time you wake up adds to you, and find there is none, then quit. Be part of the 5 AM club. If you want to attain that success you are always dreaming of, trust me, waking up early is the first big step you are going to have to take. One thing to add on, if you are willing to take up such an initiative, get rid of sleeping late. If you sleep late and wake up at 5 AM, you are going to spend your day a walking zombie. The vibrancy and activeness I was talking about won't be illuminated. So, start sleeping early. These small minor things that make up stay late are not about to go anywhere. The movie you want to stay up late watching or that buzzing chatroom that came up all of a sudden is of no big use. The movie will always be there even in ten years to come. You can chat with those friends the next day, it is all about making time for each and every thing. We get all these negative minor habits from the screens and movies we watch, the famous actors doing but trust me, off screen, this person does not do such. Don't be surprised if he/she is part of the 5 AM club.
'Accept this opportunity to human mastery and I promise you that a synchronicity of success as well as an orchestrated magic well beyond the boundaries of logic will infuse the remainder of your days.' said the Spellbinder.
